OMG, WTH was that?! It was giga-sick. A festival of mayhem and gore. How this film was only rated "R" and not "NC17" is amazing in itself. I defy you or anyone to keep a body count, including all their pieces - impossible.
Boil it down, and you have an ultra gory FPS video game done IRL, and it.just.doesn't.stop. Seriously, do not watch this on a full stomach because it will all come up at some point during its 90-min infection of your brain.
