Review of Cold Mountain (2003) by Bradford Y — 03 Mar 2012
Film of great potential because of solid direction, photography, editing and potentially heart-warming plot. Law's and Kidman's understated, Zellweger's over-the-top, Hoffman's typically right-on-the-mark, and supporting cast believable performances are simply wasted on a needlessly depressing script.
