Not that scary. I thought it was going to be a ghost film. Ended up as a psycho getting released from prison who wanted his house back by any means possible i.e. breaking and entering, releasing snakes in a house, road rage, slaughtering innocent animals, attempted murder.
Quaid and Stone made a good couple.
