Review of Coherence (2014) by Hungry T — 23 May 2015
This is how to do a science fiction movie if you have little to no money: Come up with a concept that requires no special effects, write a tight screenplay which walks the line between credible and incredible and then populate your production with capable actors who both work well as an ensemble as well as individually.
Oh, and leave out the YOU ARE NOW FEELING THIS EMOTION music. Perhaps more successful than "Primer" because this time round there is no need for physical machinery and the ideas are less convoluted - and therefore more interesting to watch being explored.
