Review of Coherence (2014) by Richard B — 13 Jul 2015
At first glance this definitely sounds like this sci-fi film that would totally be up my alley and I did enjoy it for the most part. It starts of pretty easy and starts getting crazy really fast, which I liked.
A lot of the film is improvised but most people wouldn't be able to predict that after seeing the film. It definitely reminded me of the film, 'Primer', as that it is engaging even though it is not easy to follow.
It is a film that probably requires more than one viewing, but I don't know if I liked it that much to re-watch it multiple times. Overall it is as a fun and entertaining thriller that messes with your mind quite a bit; we'll see if I re-watch this and if so, how it may change my feeling towards this film.
