Review of Coffee and Cigarettes (2004) by Spencer B — 16 Jan 2008
A bit boring, a bit funny, wholly trendy. All in all the funny bits (which were mostly in the second half) outweighed the boring bits. You can pretty much skip the first 15 minutes of the movie entirely.
My favorite parts were with Jack and Meg White, as well as with Bill Murray, RZA, and GZA. The Iggy Pop + Tom Waits vignette was pretty amusing, too.
