Review of Coffee and Cigarettes (2004) by Erik S — 20 Jul 2008
This movie had three of my biggest idols - Roberto Benigni, Steven Wright and Jack White - not to mention Steve Buscemi, Bill Murray, Tom Waits, etc... so what the heck went wrong? I'm all for avant-garde collections of indie short films, but this just seemed to drag on and avoid actually going anywhere.
Cool and interesting in ways... but mostly just a terrible let-down.
