This is one of those films you never would have watched on your own, but once you see it, you realize you shouldn't have judged it before seeing it. The story, while too sentimental for some tastes, is nevertheless an affecting one, and you'll find yourself liking a movie about geriatrics and aliens, as implausible as that may sound.
