The last time I went to the movie theater for an animated feature it was Finding Dory and before that I don't remember. I can't remember one I enjoyed as much as Coco in a long time, that's for sure.
I loved the Mexican story (Disney's first Latino-influenced film right?), clever plot twist, the animation, the characters, basically everything. It brought tears to my eyes more than once, which earns it my 4 star rating.
Although It felt slightly too long, I am so glad my friend made me go because I had no intention of seeing this movie!!
