Review of Coco (2017) by Raquel G — 22 May 2018
I have watched this movie "Coco" which was released november 22, 2017. Truth be told I was in tears, it is such a amazing movie. A movie based on "El Dia De Los Muertos". I was completely amazed at how a family so talented and in love with music would shut it out of their lives the way they did. Based on music friends and family, full of joy , surprises and even sadness.
I must absolutely loved the colors they used throughout the movie. Also the fact that they spoke both spanish and english. The great great grandmother who abandoned this family is where it all began. He left to follow his singing career and never came back.
I remember when I first seen the movie trailer I did not think t would be so much based on my heritage. I found pretty nice how miguel had his own guardian angel or as they said in the movie his "alebrige". Hispanics say that everyone who owns a dog and the human dies before the dog , this pet becomes ones "guardian angel' a protector. I believe such detail was amazing to have in their because it leaves people thinking , "Could this really happen?" Over all the movie is very good, worth both your money time , tears and laughs.
