Review of Coco (2017) by Arthur B — 15 Dec 2017
One of Pixar's best films! This one took me by complete surprise, it's such an emotional story that will definitely leave you in tears by the end. It pays such a tremendous amount of respect for Mexican culture and their portrayal of Day of the Dead shows that they took the necessary research to understand the true meaning of the Mexican holiday.
That Frozen "short" was just overly long and should not have been played after nearly 20 minutes of previews before. I like Frozen, but it's vastly overrated.
