Review of Coco (2017) by Lizbeth R — 22 May 2018
The movie coco was released on November 22, 2017. It deals with family, friendships, and the history behind the mexican holiday day of the dead. The whole movie is focused on a boy named miguel that has a passion for music.
Sadly his family doesnt support that or allow music. Meaning the movies takes you on a adventure of him following his dreams. The characters are very well written and everybody can relate to them. The imagery was also really well put together, the scenes use of colors really capture the mexican culture.
In my opinion the movies captures everything so well. Esepcially being from mexican dece t I can rally relate to the film. In conclusion its an amazing film, family friendly, fuuny, and relatable. Definitely a 'must see'!
