A turbo-charged doc that tells the glitzy, crazy and bloody story of the Miami drug trade in the late 70s and early 80s. There's a lot of repetition as the interviewees constantly remind us just how easy it was to make money, how powerful the Medellin cartel was and how corrupt the city was in this period.
