A story of a cocaine dealer and his relationship with the "Cocaine Godmother", told by the man himself. Not as interesting or well made as the first film. A lot of it is questionable since not a lot of people were interviewed.
Also it caters to the fans in the rap community a bit too much. If you're still interested then CHECK IT OUT.
