Did Stallone create the Bollywood action hero look with this opus? As 80's as you like: Reagan/violence/ montages - my fave being the "she's my wife BTW" Nielsen robo photoshoot.
Tons of sidesplitting dialogue and the "detective" scene in front of the computer is awesome. So bad it edges towards greatness.
