If you are a fan of Stallone, cheesy 80's movies and one-liners then this movie is perfect for you. The opening scene alone has 3 or 4 memorable lines. There is alot of shooting and chasing cars. Overall this is not the best Stallone movie out there but ranks high in his Cheesey 80's action movies.
