Dirty Harry for the 1980's, but Stallone is no Clint Eastwood. Some entertaining fight scenes, but massive plot holes (cops don't realise they're not dealing with a lone serial killer even though 3 guys show up to kill the witness, followed by 2 car-loads the next day etc.) and some woeful acting and terrible one liners. Still the odd entertaining moment though.
