80's wacko action-fest that tries to be a cool crime thriller and ends up a bit silly. There are too many mixed thrills, and the first half of the film ends up feeling different from the last half.
Stallone adds fun to it, but the plot is shallow and confusing. It's entertaining, there's just too many gags to keep it serious.
