OMG! I couldn't believe how well Sissy Spacek "owned" the role but also how much she resembled Ms. Lynne! This movie enlightened me beyond words in regards to having a great appreciation for Lorretta.
She came from nothing and rose above it all, all for the love of music. She truly is an inspiration. It's no wonder Ms. Spacek won an Oscar! Great movie for sure!
