Review of Clueless (1995) by Jens T — 17 Sep 2011
Clueless is the portrayal about the upperclass Beverly Hills high school girls. We follow their every day life. The main character is Cher Horowitz (Alicia Silverstone) who's the daughter of a lawyer and is the most popular girl in school.
But one day she decides to use her popularity to make a new student popular, the hillbilly girl named Tai (Brittany Murphy) who not the sharpest dresser. Cher want her to be popular by dating the most popular boy at school.
After being a matchmaker for her two teacher and the least popular girl, she have to find the perfect match for herself. Does she get her knight in shiny armor? Or would she realize that she knew him once again.
Clueless is not another teen movies, though the after effects can have hurt many. Clueless still remains the original teenage girl comedy, with the characters that is impossible to don't love, or least get a laugh out of.
Thumbs up.
