Review of Clueless (1995) by Cillian Murphy Loving- Z — 30 Sep 2011
This sweet comedy stars Alicia Silverstone as the spoiled Cher, who suddenly realizes she should try and help people, starting with the new girl at school, Tai{Brittany Murphy}, Cher tries to make her popular, and, to Cher's disapointment, Tai ends up more popular than Cher herself. The script was great, and the acting was good. It wasn't brilliant, but this movie is so sweet that I can't say anything bad about it.
The script really holds this film up, with great lines like, "it does not say RSVP on the statue of liberty." A perfectly cast film, though Paul Rudd is a tad old to be dating a 15 year old in it,.
