Review of Clue (1985) by Paul N — 10 Jan 2010
A great anytime movie the whole family can enjoy. The entire cast is brilliant & there are some great lines which my family quotes quite often. Using the A-B repeat button the the DVD remote is a great way to relive many of this movie's classic lines/bits. Tim Curry is wonderful as Wadsworth & no one could out do the late Madeline Kahn as Mrs. White.
It helps that the movie is set in the 1950's because it helps it from feeling dated (as many 80's movies do now in 2010). The underlying soundtrack is wonderfully catchy & helps to emphasize the tone of the film. There is still some controversy in my family as to which ending is what "really happened". This is a movie that can be watched over & over again without getting boring.
