A movie based on a board game? Ridiculous! This is almost as insane as a Pirate movie based on a Disneyland ride! Seriously though, this is a snappy comedy, with a first class cast of comedians. Time Curry does a really good job of being the metaphorical lynchpin between everyone's story.
The three different endings are a bit gimmicky, but overall the characters play off of each other brilliantly. Some of the the best comic timing in any 80's movie. It is one of my 10 year old daughter's favorite 80's movies.
