Forget SUPER MARIO BROS. Forget MORTAL KOMBAT. Forget all the nameless videogame-based movies. This is one of the best examples of turning a game into a movie. CLUE is a screamingly thrilling, hilarious, and cleverly written mystery which keeps viewers guessing until the very end.

Actually, there are three -- count 'em, THREE -- different endings to this film. Getting there, however, is what's really part of the fun. The cast, highlighted by the incomparable Tim Curry as the suave butler Wadsworth and Christopher Lloyd as an adulterous professor, all have the time of their lives hamming up the admittingly silly but always entertaining plot material.

It's best to appreciate this movie as a campy, B-movie parody of murder mysteries, because taking it seriously would ultimately be a mistake.
