Brilliant and awful at the same time. There is a lot going on, and instead of solving the murder, more and more crazy deaths go on, and the plot just becomes more convoluted. The alternate endings were a great idea, especially when it first ran in the theatres.
The acting was quite good...Tim Curry really steals the show.
