Works well on every level. Kids will love it for the animation, adults for the themes and lessons, and readers because it follows the story closely, although many liberties are taken. Not the greatest animated movie I have ever seen, but is definitely one of the top 10, and that includes a lot of great animated films.

I would recommend it to anyone because there is something here for everyone.
