Well, it's nowhere near the first one. Sure, I may be a huge fan of the first, but, well.... I think one of the main problems I have is that it feels like it's TRYING to be the first one. It wants to have the humor, the charm and everything that the 1st one had.
Don't get me wrong, it gets there quite a few times, but it mostly feels, well, used. It's entertaining enough, but I feel like they should have gotten the same guys to do this one. Oh well, at least those two made The Lego Movie.
Entertaining, just not as much as the first.
