Review of Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2 (2013) by Tommy K — 06 Aug 2017

The story is mostly a lazy rehash of the first movie but this time with a forced environmental message thrown into it, the villain is a pathetic replacement of Bruce Campbell's character from its predecessor (not that Bruce Campbell's character was all that great or anything), there is not much new or interesting learned about the old characters, the animation style is way too cartoony to be presented in CGI, and most of the food puns are pretty cringeworthy (albeit nowhere near as bad as Foodfight).
