Review of Clouds of Sils Maria (2014) by Caleb C — 28 Feb 2015
The comparisons to Ingmar Bergman's work here is a perfect way to look at this film. It's so mysterious at times, while all the same, dryly funny with some ambiguity that works on almost every level.
Flawless performances here as well. The film itself is not perfect but continuously interesting. I feel like if I was to watch this again, I would gain something more from it. See it twice if you're in the mood for something different in one of this years most underrated films so far.
