Review of Cloud Atlas (2012) by Marie Y — 29 Dec 2013

This was an unexpected gem. My sister and I went to watch it on a whim, and it was so much more, so much better, than I'd expected. The six stories are weaved together seamlessly, with voiceovers from one story somehow managing to articulate and relate with what's going on in the other ones, lives echoing and paralleling each other.

I've seen this movie seven, maybe eight times by now, and I still haven't tired of it.
