Review of Cloud Atlas (2012) by Drew R — 03 Feb 2014

Cloud Atlas had great moments and had some great things to say, but in a movie this big there's was way too much to take in. This another movie that I wanted to like, and even though there were parts that were supposed to leave an impression on me I forgot those parts of the movie as soon as it was over.

Don't get me wrong there were parts of this movie that were absolutely incredible, but there is just way too much stuff jampacked into one movie. And this is coming from a guy who understands even the most convoluted of plots.

I think that this would have done much better as like a mini-series or something, but as a movie it was way too big to take in.
