Review of Cloud Atlas (2012) by Ben C — 02 Feb 2014

For an almost 3 hour movie that involves multiples storylines set in various eras, you would think this movie was trying its hardest to be as convoluted as possible. Yet somehow, through the sheer talent of the directors and cast, this marvel of a movie manages to leave the audience (or at least me) seriously affected by all of the different emotions that were drawn out.

Whether those emotions were positive or negative, the point of the movie is to make the audience feel something, so at least it does that. I won't soon forget about this movie...but then again, I don't plan on seeing this movie again for a long time.
