Review of Closer (2014) by Kay E — 27 Jun 2012
It was very sharp. The exchanges between couples and former lovers hurt just as much as the betrayals between them. It was smart, and defiant. The things you see in the film are more real than the "happily ever after" ideas people have in their minds about what love is.
Superbly accurate with strong acting from each of the main characters.
