I love this film, and I just love the stillness of all Stephen Poliakoff's stuff. The atmosphere. People forget that Britain gets hot and sultry. Mostly you'll only see his stuff on the TV. I haven't seen this one in a while, but I'm sure I'll spend some time with it again one day.
