Review of Close Encounters of the Third Kind (1977) by Dan B — 15 Aug 2012
My first "encounter" with this film was in Middle School. And while most in the class were bored to tears because it was an "old" movie, I was immediately drawn into the story. Richard Dreyfuss stears this film into the direction of greatness with a solid "human emotion" performance.
After his accidental breakout with the successful "Jaws" project, Spielberg does not disappoint in his next flick.
