A brilliant mixture of technical, artistic and visionary genius. And while I don't go gaga over John Williams, CE3K marks one of the most brilliant marriages of music and film ever. As a musician, I cherish the fact that first communication between human and alien is established through music in this film.
Easily one of Spielberg's finest creations on all levels.
