How wonderful if I had this device. The special effects are cool, they should capitalize on it more. Overall an enjoyable movie, at a nice pace and comfortable run time. Jesse Bradford un-intentionally took a watch from his dad's pile of junk and to his surprise, it is actually a device which seemingly stop time, but actually it is the user molecules running so fast that everyhing else seem slow.
This device is wanted badly by baddie Michael Biehn and he is in hot pursuit. Happy ending in the end as the good triumph and the bad got caught. Paula Graces is really hot.
