Review of Clifford (1994) by Simon G — 26 Jun 2018
Simply put Martin Short is on his 'A' game here. When Martin Short says he's going to play a small child despite looking in excess of 40 plus year you know he's going to play the bejzuz out of that role.
Ably assisted by the ever professional Mary Steenburgen and the criminally underrated Charles Grodin CLIFFORD romps from joke to joke in a non stop laughathon. Laughaton is a word right? Anyhoo, just watch it and wait for the moment Clifford is asked to act like a normal boy just for one second.
Gold. On a side: I truly wish there was a Dinosaur World.
