Review of Cliffhanger (1993) by Brock R — 22 May 2009
Man, John Lithgow is one of the best movie villains of all time in Cliffhanger as a cold calculating mad man who wants to rob the United States Treasury of 30,000,000 dollars. Despite being a Sylvester Stallone vehicle Michael Rooker in my opinion took the movie from Stallone with some really great acting and his typical kiss my ass, screw you swagger that has made Rooker a sort of cult favorite for movie fans (see Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer).
