Doesn't really deliver on the promise of its title; I didn't detect any cliffhangers. But it was a good time, complete with crappy dialogue and slow-motion shots for every character who fell off a cliff (and there were plenty of those).
Poor Frank. Lots of people hung on cliffs, and any movie with John Lithgow sporting a terrible British accent and being evil automatically is guaranteed two stars. So not bad.
