Review of Clerks II (2006) by Dustin D — 19 Feb 2011
Overall, funny but with some issues. There's some seriously heavy-handed drama sprinkled throughout that just doesn't feel like a comedy. That and a donkey fucking sequence that's funny to hear about and not so funny on screen. It's almost as funny and nearly as clever as the first film. However, what worked the first time wears thin the second.
