Review of Clerks II (2006) by Joseph E — 11 Dec 2011
It is a worthwhile sequel that did great job with the evolution of the great characters from the first movie. The first Clerks plays off of a just out of high-school identity crisis and this movie plays the pushing 40 and going nowhere crisis so it complements the first one quite well.
It is structured differently from the original movie, I miss the black title screens and Jay & Silent Bob used as interludes but it is still very funny. The characters are still good and the conversations and arguments between Randel and Dante are still funny in color.
