Review of Clear History (2013) by Grant K — 19 Aug 2013

This is, (thankfully), a bit of a departure from Curb. With more well rounded characters and great performances, (especially from the underrated McBride who here showcases a vulnerable sensibility), this is a funny, heartfelt film that amps up the laughs as it progresses.

It's laughs aren't non-stop, but they're well thought out, build on each other and crescendo into one hell of a finish. Another memorable comedic outing from the always dependable David who here seems far more comfortable than he ever did on television.
