The Plot Synopsis on Flixster for this movie is bunk. Check it out. Sammy J. plays retired cop/single parent- with a secret that he holds from his daughter. Ed Harris and Luis Guzman, in regular form hold it down.
Story is a tad weak but the acting carries it. Eva Mendes is hot... Sometimes the straight to DVD isn't reason enough to diss!
