Review of Clean, Shaven (1995) by Matt B — 29 Nov 2007
Definitely not for everyone. This movie does an incredible job of conveying the experience of a schizophrenic, from the soundtrack and sound effects, to Peter Greene's amazing acting, to the disturbing images that you can't look away from, no matter how hard you try, it is just so effective.
The first time I watched it I didn't know what to think, it was so overwhelming, but every time I watch it now it effects me in a different way, whether it be frustration, disgust, pity, hope, shock, it always has an effect and never gets boring.
