A nearby high school is affected when a nuclear power plant suffers a meltdown. The plant tries to cover-up the event, but students start to behave strangely and mutate. The monster baby which was birthed from the girls mouth into the toilet was funny as it traveled.
A little bit better than typical Troma crap.
