A really cheap, violent, and stupid Terminator ripoff. The fact that this movie was made 9 years before 1999 is kind of funny, since nothing like that has happened in said year. The characters are annoying and dumb, and the effects are lacking.
Slow pacing and a boring plot. The film tries to be something that it's not.
