Tagline says it all "It's 1999. School is a warzone. The latest in automatic weapons are the teachers" I really can't sum it up better, an optimistic vision of 99 from 1990, Stacy Keach's robotic teachers go on a killing spree as all robots must eventually do.
As good as it sounds, fantastic movie.
