Review of Class of 1984 (1982) by Jetmira A — 06 Nov 2007
Punk underworld meets good guy trying to earn an honest buck. Roddy McDowall's breakdown was what did it. It was really the wow factor of the film. For something that allmost felt as if it were for the rebelious teen in us, it was quite the opposite.
This film was a prophetic view on high school life. Whats brilliant about this film is that it was way ahead of its time. When guns in classrooms just didnt seem possible. Too bad people didnt pay closer attention.
