Review of Class of 1984 (1982) by Josh C — 02 Dec 2009

One of my all-time favorite movies. I think it gets a bad rep because the entire first hour is pretty engaging and well-done, but the end just explodes into pure exploitation craziness. Still, I love almost everything about it- the great villains, the music, the atmosphere, the gritty, sleazy, almost disgusting tone of the whole thing, and the steady escalation of violence throughout the movie that finally explodes.
